Jeffrey Zeldman points out the EMACSpeak screen reader which is free to the public. Along side other more expensive screen readers available such as JAWS, this Source Forge project is free and allows any developer of web or mobile content to test their sites for accessbility. ::: http://emacspeak.sourceforge.net
