Andrew Francois, a lecturer from one of my Masters classes forwarded a link to these series of beautiful creative works by John and Mark Lycette (Lycette Bros), titled Not My Type.
Set in an office, and avoiding the use of language and dialogue, Not My Type is a series of animations using various typographic faces, symbols and characters and then duplicating them, distorting and moving them to create a simple, stylistic production. The series has been created for online viewing and distribution. Director: John Lycette Writing: Mark & John Lycette Producer: Lycette Bros.
